A slide rail is provided to prevent a moving body from being opened or closed by itself, and prevent the moving body from being opened or closed suddenly, thereby preventing the moving body from injuring a worker. In a slide rail(1) interposed between a fixed body(110) and a moving body(120) to enable the moving body to enter or leave the fixed body, the slide rail comprises a fixed rail(10) installed on the fixed body, a moving rail(20) coupled to the fixed rail such that the moving rail can be slid to the fixed rail, a fixed irregularity portion(50) successively installed on the moving rail in the longitudinal direction, and an elastic fixing member(40) capable of fixing the position of the moving rail relative to the fixed rail.
