A vehicle blocking device having a light emitting diode is provided to prevent a vehicle from being damaged by a blocking bar, and to prevent a blocking bar and a vehicle from being damaged by recognizing a blocking bar easily in dark or at a long distance. A vehicle blocking device having a light emitting diode comprises a blocking bar(10), elastic members(20,21) coupled to the lower part of the blocking bar to absorb shock between the blocking bar and a vehicle when the blocking bar malfunctions or the blocking bar makes contact with the vehicle, and a housing member made of translucent urethane material and coupled between the lower part of the blocking bar and the elastic member.
