A manufacturing method of the synthetic leather is provided, which uses the natural leather powder which is manufactured in a similar method to the natural leather. A manufacturing method of the synthetic leather using the natural leather powder comprises: a first process(10) of pulverizing leather and preparing for the hide powder; a second process(20) of adhering the hide powder to the cloth in the uniform thickness using adhesive; a third process(30) of putting the cloth to which the hide powder is adhered into a cistern and washing; a fourth process(40) of drying the washed cloth and removing the moisture; and a fifth process(50) of forming the hair of the inside shape of the leather.
