<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte capable of improving heavy load characteristics after long-term storage, and to provide a nonaqueous electrolyte cell using the same nonaqueous electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet-shaped positive electrode 1 having a positive electrode active material and a sheet-shaped negative electrode 2 having a negative electrode active material are laminated via a separator 3 with ion permeability. The nonaqueous electrolyte is impregnated in the separator 3 between the positive electrode 1 and negative electrode 2.
