PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a system which can receive a television broadcast and by which a message about a program having viewed so far is exchanged with the other user.

SOLUTION: In a cellular phone 1, a service retrieval means 53 retrieves a service registration data base on the basis of a keyword extracted by a keyword extraction means 52 from program information about the program to be received, and when titles and addresses of message exchange system associated with the keyword are found, they are acquired. A selection menu display means 54 performs the list display of the acquired titles on a display 42. In addition, since data for functioning the cellular phone 1 as the terminal of the message exchange system selected by the user are received by the service retrieval means 53, the user can immediately start the utilization of the message exchange system.
