<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent tree intrusion or small-animal intrusion by improving sealing performance at both end parts in an electric-wire protective cover attached so as to cover an electric wire such as a communication cable or a power line laid along a messenger wire. <P>SOLUTION: An electric-wire protective structure is composed of: a tubular electric-wire protective cover 1, which is molded by using a synthetic resin as a material so as to be attached to cover an electric wire 20 such as a communication cable or a power line; and an expansible and contractible plug body 11 that is fitted in each opening part 3 at both ends of the electric-wire protective cover 1 so as to seal a gap between the electric wire 20 and the inner face of the electric-wire protective cover 1. The plug body 11 is molded into a hollow shape by blow molding while using a soft synthetic resin as a material. The plug body is provided with: a plurality of protruding parts 14 elastically brought into contact with the inner periphery of the electric-wire protective cover 1; a plurality of recessed parts 15 forming each gap 16 in-between the inner periphery of the electric-wire protective cover 1, and a locking means 19 for fixing each plug body 11 to each opening part 3 of the electric-wire protective cover 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
