<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method and a communication system capable of transmitting data from a node, of which order of priority in efficiency is low, based on the order of priority, and to provide a communication device to be used for the communication system. <P>SOLUTION: After an ECU1 transmits data to a bus 5, transmission of the data to the bus 5 by a plurality of ECU1 and ECU2 is made to wait for a predetermined time by a waiting means. In the case wherein transmission of the data by the plurality of ECU1 and ECU2 compete with each other, the right of transmission when transmitting data to the bus 5 is decided by a deciding means based on discriminators of the ECU1 and the ECU2. In the case wherein one ECU1 transmits the data based on the decision by the deciding means, transmission of the data to the bus 5 by the corresponding ECU1 is made to wait for a time longer than the predetermined time by an extra time waiting means.
