<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for equipment which amply utilizes the superfluous natural energy of the natural world, without using fossil fuel affecting seriously the global environment as far as possible, which facilitates introduction of senses of the times, reduces loads as much as possible and is made simple and which is produced in consideration of a price range so as to achieve extensive popularization, scarcely goes wrong and is easy to install and of high durability. <P>SOLUTION: This small-sized electric power generating equipment is simplified so as to hold down capital investment as much as possible, taking it into enough consideration that it is made a product of a low price for the purpose of avoiding application of excessive energy and also achieving extensive popularization. The number of components of the equipment is lessened so that it is made a product allowing sufficient depreciation by yearly power rates.
