<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector of which a plug receiving part can be moved laterally, and furthermore in which the whole thereof can be constructed in a short size in the width direction of the plug receiving part. <P>SOLUTION: The electrical connector 10 composed of a plate material having conductivity and elasticity is constituted of a soldering part 14 overlapped and placed on the surface of a substrate and then soldered and fixed thereon, a rising part 16 formed by directing one end side of this soldering part 14 upwardly and by folding it in the plate thickness direction, an elastic part 18 formed by further folding the upper side of the rising part into a nearly U-shape or a nearly channel shape in the plate thickness direction, and the plug receiving part 22 formed by folding both sides in the width side into the nearly U-shape or the nearly channel shape in the plate thickness direction so that the upper side of the substrate on the tip side of this elastic part is used as an opening side, and then by installing contact parts 24 projecting to the inside thereof on the opposing both faces. By torsion of the rising part 16 and the elastic part 18 and elastic deformation of the elastic part 18, the contact parts 24 of the plug receiving part 22 can move in the lateral direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
