<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive fume compressor where, after the fume of a metal oxide generated upon the heat cutting of a metal is collected, this is solidified. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure ram inserted into a compression cylinder is moved with a ball screw reciprocated by a reducer-fitted motor. A guide body for moving the pressure ram screwed with the ball screw is provided with a rod having a bottomed hole and extending toward the compression cylinder side and a recessed part, and guides an outer diameter part with a guide tube, wherein the bottomed hole is used as an insertion part of the ball screw and the cylindrical recessed part is used as a storage part of a ball nut. The ball screw is a rolled screw thread, receives a load in the axial direction by a thrust bearing at the terminal, and connects the terminal to the hollow output axis of the reducer-fitted motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
