PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a conference by an appropriate multipoint connection device without requiring conference participants to perform troublesome operations, in a conference communication system having a plurality of multipoint connection devices while suppressing increase of manufacturing cost of the multipoint connection device. SOLUTION: This conference management server is provided for consolidating media compatible with each of the plurality of multipoint connection devices included in the conference communication system, coding methods, and the number of remaining connectable terminals. A call connection server establishing a communication session between a terminal and the multipoint connection device in response to a holding request from the terminal accesses the conference management server, the conference management server determines the multipoint connection device suitable for holding the requested conference based on the media and the coding method used in the conference, and the call connection server executes a process of establishing the communication session between the multipoint connection device determined by the conference server and the terminal.
