PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid imaging apparatus in which even a very thin optical filter made of a resin material developed anew can maintain a sufficient adhesion area, and the possibility that the optical filter drops out due to insufficient adhesion is low. SOLUTION: In the solid imaging apparatus including imaging elements, a substrate for holding the imaging elements, a lens for projecting an image to the imaging elements, a lens holder for holding the lens, and an optical filter arranged between the lens and the imaging elements, the optical filter is bonded to the lens holder and a protruding/recessed surface is formed on at least one of the adhesion surfaces of the lens holder and the optical filter.
