PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact switch capable of precisely adjusting sensitivity and with high mechanical durability. SOLUTION: The non-contact switch provided with a magnet fitted at a moving member, and a hole element arranged at a switch body fitted to a fixing member so as to detect magnetism of the magnet, and activating switching operation by sensing magnetism change of the magnet along movement of the moving member by the hole element, includes a plastic switch case protruded and formed on a bottom outer face 56a of a vessel part 56 and made of a cylindrical part 57, a hole element 61 fitted on a circuit board 62 provided at a terminal base 58, and a magnet adjusting member 59 made by forming a male screw 59a. The hole element 61 is mounted inside the vessel part 56 with the terminal base 58, and the magnetic adjusting member 59 is screwed and engaged to insert into the cylindrical part 57, so as to structure the switch main body 51.
