PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus improved in operability by inhibiting the application of static electricity on an integrated circuit and a switch element mounted to a circuit board. SOLUTION: An insulating sheet 13 and a conductive sheet 14 are laminated in this order on the switch element 10 mounted to the circuit board 12, and an opening is formed at a location of an operating key 2 pressing the switch element 10. Therefore, when a user operates the key, the operating key 2 directly presses the switch element 10 through the opening to improve operability and the click feeling of the user. Even if static electricity is generated when operating the key, since it is applied on the conductive sheet 14 and discharged to a ground pattern 11, the application of static electricity generated at the integrated circuit and the switching element can be inhibited.
