PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction system, capable of transporting construction members of a building to a desired building forming area within a scaffold zone by using a rail not obstructing a vehicle or a walker when not used. SOLUTION: This temporary scaffold construction system includes: an external scaffold erected around a proposed building; an entry 2 built in the external scaffolding for carrying the construction members of the building; a first rail 3, the tip of which is projected from the entry 2 into the upper part of the external scaffold; and a moving rail forming a connection rail as a connection passage together with the first rail 3, wherein a hanger holding the construction member of the building is moved from the first rail 3 to the moving rail, and the construction member of a building is transported to a desired building forming area within a scaffold zone. One side of a square frame 5 is fixed to the member erected opposite to the entry 2, the first rail 3 is fixed to the lower part of an opposite side of the square frame opposite to the entry 2 to intersect the opposite side, and when the first rail 3 is not used, the square frame 5 is so constructed that one diagonal comes very close, and the other diagonal is substantially rectilinear together with the first rail 3.
