PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum-plated enamelled stainless steel sheet excellent in enamel adhesion, particularly in bending adhesion, thus free from the peeling of an enamel layer after the application of enamel covering in advance, even if strong bending is performed, and further having excellent corrosion resistance in the bent part and the edge face part to which a steel sheet base is exposed. SOLUTION: In the aluminum-plated enamelled stainless steel sheet, the surface of a stainless steel sheet is provided with an aluminum plated layer, the aluminum plating is heat-treated in an oxygen atmosphere or an air atmosphere, so as to form an aluminum oxide layer, and further, the surface thereof is provided with an enamel layer.
