PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of easily fixing a token replenishing part of a game medium replenishing machine for replenishing game media such as game tokens while having a game machine body whose back face at least is made of metal. SOLUTION: The mah-jong ball game machine comprises a wooden connection plate 29 for fixing the token replenishing part 85 of the automatic replenishing machine, and an attaching part 45 for detachably attaching the connection plate 29 to the back face 26. The attaching part 45 has a fitting recess part 28 into which the connection plate 29 fixing the token replenishing part 89 is fitted with a distal end part 87 at the distal end of the token replenishing part 85 inserted into an opening 27, and slide groove members 32 and 33 and plate members 34 and 35 to support the connection plate 29 fitted into the fitting recess part 28 not to be loosened. With this structure, the token replenishing part 85 can be easily fixed to the wooden connection plate 29 with wood screws 36, and can be easily attached to the attaching part 45 on the metal back face 26 via the connection plate 29.
