PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of easily fixing a nozzle part of a game medium replenishing machine for replenishing game media such as game tokens while having a game machine body whose back face at least is made of metal or resin. SOLUTION: The mah-jong ball game machine has a holding part 45, which comprises slide guide members 32 and 33 to engage a fixing plate part 88 to screw and support a token replenishing part 85 and restraining parts 34 and 35 to restrain the fixing plate part 88 from being coming off from the slide guide members 32 and 33. With this structure, the token replenishing part 85 can be held on the back face 26 of the game machine body. Accordingly, the token replenishing part 85 of the automatic replenishing machine can be easily fixed even if at least the back face 26 of the game machine body is made of metal or resin.
