PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor culture method of mushrooms by which the mushroom can stably be raised outdoors. SOLUTION: In raising the mushrooms outdoors, recess grooves 11, 11' are formed in a field 10. The spawn of the mushroom is inoculated by inserting compost 12' into the groove, or a mushroom bed block to which the spawn of the mushroom is inoculated is buried by inserting soil into the groove. The upper part of the groove is covered with a shading material 16, and a repellent of an insect pest is installed in the outside of the groove. An attractant of the insect pest obtained by inoculating the fungi of the mushroom to be cultured and Bacillus natto on a grain medium 17 and culturing the fungi and the bacteria is sowed around the groove to reduce the approach of slugs, snails and wood louses, and containers 18 storing wood vinegar are installed at an interval around the groove of the field to repel sciara.
