PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient method for continuously deactivating enzyme via microwave irradiation satisfactorily usable for polymeric materials, such as thermoplastic resin having low heat-resistance, while suppressing temperature rise to an object to be subjected to enzyme deactivation. SOLUTION: The method for continuously deactivating enzyme via microwave irradiation comprises a first process of drying the object to be subjected to enzyme deactivation, and a second process of irradiating microwaves to the dried object which is to be subjected to enzyme deactivation for cutting of protein molecules.
