PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability, when the lowering limit position of an implement is changed into an arbitrary working height position or a moving or transporting height position. SOLUTION: The implement lowering limiting structure of the working vehicle, which is formed so that the lowering operation of the implement 5 connected liftably to a travel vehicle body 1 via a link mechanism 4 is performed by the self weight of the implement 5, and is equipped with a lowering limiting means 45 for limiting the self-weight lowering of the implement 5 on the lowering operation of the implement 5 and with a lowering limit-setting means 46 for changing a lowering limiting position for limiting the self weight lowering of the implement 5 with the lowering control means 45, on the basis of the operation of an operation tool 40, is characterized to have a receiving tool 41 for receiving a contact member 44 to limit the self-weight lowering of the implement 5 from a height position on an upper limit side, and an auxiliary operation tool 43 for changing the position of the receiving tool 41 to a receiving position (a), capable of receiving the contact member 44 or to an escape position (b) which is incapable of receiving the contact member 44.
