PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct various safety systems for transmitting/receiving various notification information such as distance/location confirmation between owners, trouble warning and action instruction by using a radio communication network. SOLUTION: This distance/location confirmation system is provided with an individual communication terminal units 1 for transmitting/receiving various notification information in a predetermined area by using a radio communication network P, and configured to recognize and authorize the distances/locations of predetermined owners from the sensitivity values of intercommunication between the communication terminal units 1 of the owners, and to notify that the distance between them exceeds a specific value.
