A display device, a method for driving the display device, and an electronic device are provided to improve display quality by correcting deviation between pixels of a critical value voltage. A recording transistor(23) records a video signal. A sustain capacitance(24) sustains the video signal recorded in the recording transistor. A pixel array(30) is composed of a pixel(20) including a driving transistor(22) operating an electro-optic device. A power supply line(32) supplies the current to the driving transistor. A first scanning circuit selectively supplies a second electric potential lower than a first electric potential and a first electric potential. A selection circuit selects a second offset voltage when the recording transistor is conductive in a period to select the second potential and select the first offset voltage instead of the second offset voltage.
