The structure i.e. fascia (1), has a rigid polypropylene insert (4) placed below an external translucent skin (2). A layer (8) made of foam of plastic material is interposed between the insert and the skin. A light source (28) i.e. LED, projects a light beam (34) i.e. video image, towards the skin through an orifice (6) of the insert. The structure is free from the foam of plastic material below the skin at right of the orifice. A gluing adhesive (20) connects the insert and the skin around the orifice in a sealed manner. A blanking screen (30) is interposed on a path of the beam. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an internal structure.
