PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample design presenting device and sample design presenting method and program which easily masters knowledge of accessibility of a web page and easily follows the knowledge evolution of the accessibility when there is unsuitable representation on the accessibility of the web page.

SOLUTION: The sample design presenting device and sample design presenting method and program point at an undesirable place and show its commentary and sample when there is unsuitable representation on the accessibility of a web page and when there is an undesirable HTML in the viewpoint of the accessibility of the web page.
