<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a delay of a multimedia processing derived from a packet loss. <P>SOLUTION: There are used buffer contract tables (BCTs) 202, 220 which are constructed based on stream information for distributing resources for real-time multimedia streamings 230, 228, and contain a requisite of a future multimedia stream. The BCT 202 is produced by a transmitter 200 and is sent to a receiver 210. The receiver 210 uses the sent BCT 220, thereby calculating the required resources to distribute the resources. Thereafter, AV contents are streamed from the transmitter 200 to the receiver 210.
