<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate storage and confirmation of an approval result by an approval application attached with a certificate such as a receipt, in an approval application processing system and an approval application processing method. <P>SOLUTION: Approval application item data of the approval application is required to a server 1 from a terminal device 4 via a network 3, and the server 1 transfers unique two-dimensional code data corresponding to an application number or the like and the approval application item data read from a database (a hard disk 2) to the terminal device 4. The terminal device 4 displays the approval application according to the approval application item data, registers the approval application input with an approval application item into the database of the server 1 correspondingly to the two-dimensional code data, prints out the approval application in a state that a two-dimensional code is added to the approval application, attaches the certificate such as the receipt to the printed-out approval application and obtains approval of an approver, and registers the approval result by a final approver into the database of the server 1 correspondingly to the two-dimensional code data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
