<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inefficient consumption of a network band and to evade overloads in a transmission part inside a packet repeater by gathering a plurality of events with low need of notification into one and sending it. <P>SOLUTION: In the packet repeater 13, when the event is generated, an event reception part 43 writes data in an event recording part 42 secured for each degree of emergency according to the level of the degree of emergency of the event. When the determined time comes, the event reception part 43 notifies the events written by then from the packet repeater 13 to a manager of management by an event notification part 44.
