<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser machining head in which the alignment of a nozzle can be performed without the need of skill, and to provide methods for producing a lens unit and an assist gas nozzle used for the laser machining head. <P>SOLUTION: In the laser machining head in which a lens unit 7 with a condensing lens 5 and an assist gas nozzle 21 are provided freely attachably/detachably to the mounting holes 9, 19 of a lens barrel 3 so as to be exchangeable, the inside of a lens holder 15 is provided with the lens unit where the focusing lens is integrally fixed, the outer circumference of the lens holder is provided with a positioning fitting part 15k coaxially worked with the optical axis of the focusing lens as a reference, the outer circumference of the assist gas nozzle is provided with a positioning fitting part 21k coaxially worked with the axial center of the nozzle port of the assist gas nozzle as a reference, and a lens unit mounting hole and an assist gas nozzle mounting hole coaxially provided to the lens barrel are mounted with the lens unit and the assist gas nozzle freely attachably/detachably so as to be exchangeable via the respective positioning fitting parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
