PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent distortion of an image due to vibration or the like when a movable object performing image reading is moved. SOLUTION: A winding starting position of a driving wire 11, 11' is changed at an initial position at start of driving and at an end position where a mobile moves at a maximum. In particular, when a winding starting direction (or a take-up direction) of the driving wire is made closer to a one-side flange 21 in an axial direction of a driving pulley 15 due to arrangement of the driving pulley 15, a winding starting portion of the driving wire and the driving wire that is wound for one circumference are rubbed against each other. In such a case, even when the driving wire 11, 11' gets closer to a portion of the flange 21, if the flange 21 is formed in a spiral shape, impulse is prevented from occurring caused by rubbing the winding starting portion of the driving wire and the driving wire wound for one circumference against each other, such that stable driving can be performed.
