PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDS amplifier which achieves an increase in speed, a reduction in power consumption and in accuracy degradation while suppressing an increase in a circuit scale. SOLUTION: A first reference signal from an image sensor is captured to a second capacitor at first timing and a following first pixel signal is captured to a first capacitor. A second reference signal from the image sensor is captured to a third capacitor at second timing, and a following second pixel signal is captured to the first capacitor. By an amplifier circuit, a difference between the second pixel signal held in the first capacitor and the second reference signal held in the third capacitor is amplified using first and second feedback capacitors in the period of capturing the first reference signal at the first timing, and a difference between the first pixel signal held in the first capacitor and the first reference signal held in the second capacitor is amplified using the first and second feedback capacitors in the period of capturing the second reference signal at the second timing.
