PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home controller for notifying the user of a plurality of home electric appliances of their maintenance timing easily and adequately, and enabling the service agency to efficiently provide services. SOLUTION: The home controller 10 informs of an electric appliance whose maintenance timing has come on the screen. Further, other electric appliance to be checked at the almost same time as the electric appliance whose maintenance timing has come and the manufactured by the same manufacturer are displayed on the home controller 10 for notification.
