PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet rack 1 for diffusing sound from an internal machine without impairing a heat dissipating function in a simple structure and also having a line passage function. SOLUTION: The cabinet rack 1 is characterized in that it has a first panel 3a and a second panel 3b each of which can be attached at an upper or a lower part, the rack can be used as a line passage hole 5 when the first panel 3a is removed, a heat dissipation hole 5 is provided with an angle on the first panel 3a, the sound from the internal machine can be diffused without impairing the heat dissipating function, and in addition the rack has the line passage function.
