PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the cut-off frequency of a common mode choke coil. SOLUTION: The common mode choke coil includes: laminated coil conductors 21, 22; a magnetic substrate 11A arranged on the side of the coil conductor 21; and a magnetic substrate 11B arranged on the side of the coil conductor 22. A distance from the center of the conductor in the coil conductor 21 to the surface of the magnetic substrate 11A is defined as A, a distance from the center of the conductor in the coil conductor 22 to the surface of the magnetic substrate 11B is defined as B, and a distance from the center of the conductor in the coil conductor 21 to the center of the conductor in the coil conductor 22 is defined as C. In this case, C<(A+B)/2 is satisfied. Consequently, a difference between the magnetic substrates 11A, 11B and the coil conductors 21, 22 is made to be comparatively small, thereby reducing leak inductance caused by the difference of the distances, and raising the cut-off frequency with respect to a differential mode signal.
