PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite wall structure comprising an earth retaining steel wall and a reinforced concrete wall, and its construction method. SOLUTION: The reinforced concrete wall is constructed after fixing slip preventing bolts 6 with surface nuts inserted through the earth retaining steel wall 1, to the earth retaining steel wall 1 so as to be screwed between the surface nuts 7 and back face nuts 4 fixed beforehand to the earth retaining steel wall 1.
