The plastic injection moulding tool has a cutback cavity (14) with a core plate (18) that has a multi-layered fixed core (22, 28, 30, 34) on which at least one section has a pressurised fluid driven ejector (28) and at least one other section with a movable slider (30) via the motor (24, 26) of the ejector. There is a cam (42; 50) linked with the cavity-sided or the core-sided tool halves (10, 12) and cooperates with a cam-follower (44). During the opening of the tool, the motor of the ejector and the slider are controllable dependent on the relative position of the tool halves.
