A movable safety diagnosis apparatus for a steel bridge is provided to shorten the time required for safety diagnosis by making a safety diagnosis of a relatively long section when making a safety diagnosis of the lower part of an upper plate of a bridge. A movable safety diagnosis apparatus for a steel bridge comprises a support plate(10) having fall prevention railings(11) on every side and a hole(12) at the center, many auxiliary rollers(21,22,23,24) in which one side is fixed to the upper part of the support plate and the other side is contacted with the lower part of an upper plate of a bridge to reduce frictional force with the lower part of the upper plate, an angle adjustment unit(60) composed of a support frame(64) fixed to the upper part of the support plate, support bars(61,62) extended vertically from two ends of the support frame, a worm(65) inserted between the support bars to rotate on the X-axis and a handle(63) connected with one side of the worm through one side of the support bar and rotating the worm, a bearing plate(30) provided to the upper part of the hole and provided with a through hole(30a), a bearing shaft(32) inserted to the through hole of the bearing plate and the hole of the support plate and projected to the lower part of the support plate, a bearing nut(33) coupled with one side of the bearing shaft projected to the lower part of the support plate, a worm wheel(31) provided integrally with the upper part of the bearing shaft and engaged with the worm to rotate on the Y-axis, a C-shaped frame(40) provided with many moving wheels(41,42,45,46) and links(43,44) connected with two of the moving wheels to rotate the moving wheels and formed on the top of the worm wheel to move together with the rotation of the worm wheel, and a rail provided with a guide(51) to move the moving wheels in one direction and attached to the lower part of the upper plate of the bridge in the longitudinal direction. |
