A prepaid collect call service system and a method thereof are provided to allow a caller to prepay a call charge when the designated person makes a call to a user and to make a call freely. A server provides the call of the specific circuit by prepaid charge. A registration process part(330) processes the designation mobile terminal number in which user connects to server and gives the payment amount and call as a gift is input and processed. A database(320) stores the gift registration details. A charge calculator(360) subtracts a balance reduced during a call. |
