It is intended to provide a biocompatible cell culture membrane and a cell culture kit by using DNA that is a natural resource. It is also intended to provide a porous material, which has a DNA having been ion crosslinked with calcium ion or magnesium ion and in which the DNA is utilized, a method of producing a cell culture membrane and a method of producing the porous material. To achieve these objects, a small pore of 1 nm to 100 µm in diameter is formed in a porous material.
