LUBRICANT COMPOSITION FOR REFRIGERATOR AND COMPRESSOR USING THE SAME

Disclosed is a lubricant composition for refrigerators, which is characte rized by using a substance mainly composed of a polyoxyalkylene glycol deriv ative and having a hydroxyl number of not more than 5 mgKOH/g, as the base o il. Also disclosed is a compressor using such a lubricant composition for re frigerators. The lubricant composition for refrigerators is used for a refri gerator which uses a refrigerant having a specific structure such as an unsa turated fluorinated hydrocarbon that is usable in current automobile air-con ditioning systems. The lubricant composition for refrigerators exhibits exce llent compatibility with the refrigerant, while having excellent stability. Also disclosed is compressor using such a lubricant composition for refriger ators.
