PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily transmit modification information of data transmitted to a communicating party through short-range communication to a suitable communicating party in the case that the data are modified. SOLUTION: A communication terminal device 1 includes a first communication means 10 for performing short-range communication with a communicating party; a second communication means 20 for communicating with the communicating party via a base station, and a first data storage means 12 for storing data. In the communication terminal device 1, the communicating party to whom the data being stored in the first data storage means 12 have been transmitted by the first communication means 10, is stored as a transmission history. In the case that the data being stored in the first data storage means 12 are modified, the communicating party being stored as a transmission history in a first communication history storage means 123 is specified as a transmission party to whom modification information of the relevant data should be transmitted, so that the modification information of the relevant data are transmitted to the specified transmission party by the second communication means 20.
