PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user of a termination-side terminal to specify an origination-side terminal corresponding to its termination while network specification information (for example, a telephone number etc.) of the origination-side terminal is not disclosed to the user of the termination-side terminal. SOLUTION: The origination-side terminal transmits origination-side network specification information representing the origination-side terminal as network specification information and concealed origination information together when transmitting a connection request to the termination-side terminal. The termination-side terminal stores the origination-side network specification information and user specification information, allowing the termination-side user using the termination-side terminal to uniquely specify the origination-side terminal, as information different from the network specification information in association with each other, decides whether the concealed origination information is transmitted together with the connection request when receiving the connection request from the origination-side terminal, and acquires the user specification information by using the received origination-side network specification information as a retrieval key when it is decided that the concealed origination information is transmitted, thereby outputting only the acquired user specification information from a predetermined output unit.
