PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight-losing exercise menu for individual persons. SOLUTION: The health control system is connected with a center server and a user terminal. The center server is provided with: a memory device that stores a member information database, an exercise program database and a service program that presents the exercise program; a file control device that reads and writes the database and the like of the memory device; a communication device; a display device; an input device; and a control device that carries out the program of the memory device to implement various functions, wherein the control device registers the basic information into the member information database according to the basic information regarded to the health control including at least the body height and weight of the member inputted from the user terminal and selects an appropriate exercise program for the member from the exercise program database based on the registered basic information and the target body weight loss.
