PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable winning device and a game machine using the same, which can accurately prevent the fraudulence by never allowing a mobile wing piece to open against any attempt committed to open it illegally from outside. SOLUTION: The variable winning device opens or closes the mobile wing piece 19 pivoted on a rotary shaft 25 through a transmission means 23 by a drive force of an electric drive source 22. The rotary shaft 25 of the mobile wing piece 19 includes a cam member 52 having an operation part 31 linked to the transmission member 23 at a position eccentric with the rotary shaft 25 synchronizing the mobile wing piece 19. The transmission means 23 includes an engaging part 53 with a clearance C existing so that the engaging part 53 can move by itself at a prescribed stroke relative to the operation part 31 during the non-drive period of the electric drive source 22 while a stopper 35 for blocking the rotation of the operation part 31 is arrayed on a track of its rotation. The mobile wing piece 19 is opened in synchronization with the rotation of the operation part 31 as the stopper 35 is separated from the track of the rotation of the operation part 31 with the single motion of the working member 23 at the prescribed stroke during the drive period of the electric drive source 22.
