PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing a solidified dialysis agent capable of preventing cracking or chipping of the solidified dialysis agent caused by the tablet making without mixing an additive, and capable of achieving practical application of the solidified dialysis agent adaptable to the continuous tablet making. SOLUTION: The method of preparing the solidified dialysis agent is to solidify particulates 7 to be used for preparation of a dialysis solution for the artificial dialysis by compression-molding the particulates. The solidified dialysis agent is prepared through a mold wetting process of wetting the compression-molding face of mallets 2 and 3 and a mortar 4 of a tablet compression molding device 1 with water; a filling process of filling the mortar 4 with the particulates 7; a compression solidifying process of compression molding the tablet by striking the mallet 3 into the mortar 4 filled with the particulates 7; and a pressure releasing process of releasing the compression force of the mallet and taking out the tablet from the mortar.
