AUXILIARY INPUT SYSTEM USING SPECIAL MOUSE

An auxiliary input system using a special mouse is provided to offer more convenient functions by comparison to the existing mouse by providing various operational modes. An auxiliary input system comprises a pointer control part(111), an operation mode decision part(112) and an operation signal processing unit(113). The pointer control part tracks the location of a special mouse(120) and control a pointer which specifies an instructed subject. The operation mode decision part determines the operation mode of the special mouse by using the pointer and a mode selection signal generated from the special mouse. The operation signal processing unit processes operation signals generated from the special mouse in consideration of the pointer according to the determined operation mode.
