<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepless delivery nozzle which can steplessly regulate a liquid delivery amount of ink and to provide a small-sized automatic ink toning machine using this stepless delivery nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: The stepless delivery nozzle, which can steplessly regulate the delivery amount of a large quantity to a very small quantity with a delivery port 18 opened at the tip end of the delivery nozzle, comprises a motor 11, a joint 12 connected to the shaft of the motor 11, a shaft 13 having male threads at the other end of the joint 12, a cylinder shaft 14 having female threads formed therein and engaged with the cylinder shaft 14, a delivery pin 15 which is connected to the other end of the cylinder shaft 14, a discharge valve 16 connected to the delivery pin 15, a pipe connection port 17 connected to a pipe for conveying the standard ink from the standard color ink cartridge provided at the side wall of the tip end of the delivery nozzle, and a delivery port 18 provided at the tip end of the delivery nozzle, and this stepless delivery nozzle is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
