PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner capable of miniaturizing a device, capable of reducing electric power consumption, and capable of realizing reduction in a toxic substance together with ignition stability when resuming combustion. SOLUTION: This burner 100 has a fuel jetting part 101 mixing and jetting a plurality of fluids O1 and W1, and an air jetting part 147 jetting combustion air, and is characterized by being constituted so that the fuel jetting part 101 has an adding fluid introducing part 140 and a fuel introducing part 130, and the adding fluid W1 introduced via the adding fluid introducing part 140 is pulled in by introducing pressure of the fuel O1 introduced by the fuel introducing part 130.
