PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device more accurately setting a full charge capacity in consideration of cycle deterioration by making a cycle deterioration correction in consideration of the state of charging at the time of charging. SOLUTION: The cycle deterioration correction amount of a battery pack 128 is determined in accordance with the state of charging at the start of charging and the state of charging at the end of charging, and the full charge capacity of the battery pack 128 is set in accordance with the cycle deterioration correction amount thus determined.
