PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for producing industrially suitable liquid crystal-compatible group 3 element nanoparticles and the paste thereof for obtaining liquid crystal-compatible group 3 element nanoparticles and the uniform liquid crystal-compatible particle paste thereof by easily mass-producible processes. SOLUTION: Each liquid crystal-compatible group 3 element nanoparticle comprises: (1) a group 3 element in the periodic table or a group 3 element in the periodic table and the other one or more kinds of metal elements; and (2) one ore more kinds of liquid crystalline molecules.
